Eurecat presents GuestXR at the Mobile World Congress
The GuestXR project has been presented at the 2024 edition of the Mobile World Congress (MWC24), which took place between February 26th-29th in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Spain).
Eurecat, project’s coordinator, included GuestXR in their corporate brochure, which was distributed to the attendees approaching the centre’s booth. GuestXR was highlighted in the catalogue as one of the key European R+D projects that Eurecat is working on.

Within GuestXR, Eurecat, apart from coordinating the project, is in charge of the auditory aspects. Watch this demo, where new algorithms and tools have been developed to optimise acoustic coherence in VR environments:
The Mobile World Congress (MWC) is an annual event which attracts some of the most influential decision makers worldwide and professionals from mobile operators, software companies and equipment providers, among others. This year, over 101.000 in-person attendees from 205 countries discussed topics like AI, the future of technology or the next phase of 5G.
