D6.2 Public Launch of the project, and Communication, and Public Engagement Plans
The present document details the GuestXR project communication and public engagement activities, aiming at reaching as many relevant actors as possible to inform them on the activities and results derived from the project. EUT is responsible for designing and implementing it, but all consortium partners will be involved in it.
The channels and platforms considered in the communication and public engagement plan are: social media channels, official website, materials to be distributed in key events, media relations to specialized media outlets, the creation of a community of interest, and the organisation of engagement activities, among others.
This deliverable details the target groups, key messages addressed to each main group of stakeholders, the activities planned, requirements and the process of reporting communication activities.
