Exhibiting GuestXR at a conference on European Projects in Catalonia organised by the European Commission
The GuestXR project has been present at the conference “EU investments in strategic projects: a view from Catalonia“, jointly organised by the Government of Catalonia and the Representation of the European Commission in Barcelona on June 13th, 2024.
Eurecat, acting as the project coordinator, had its own space at the exhibition area of the conference and showcased project’s materials to all attendees . The aim was to highlight GuestXR as a key European project working on the improvement of social harmony in Augmented and Virtual Reality environments.
Additionally, Eurecat presented FlexCrash, VitiGEOSS, Sharework and MARBEL, four strategic European projects coordinated by the centre, and the FormPlanet Open Innovation Test Bed.
The objective of the conference was to present the major innovation projects and infrastructures in Catalonia that have received, or aspire to receive, support and funding from the European Union and that stand out not only for their pioneering nature, but also for the fact that they contribute to respond to the strategic challenges facing the European Union.
