The University of Barcelona is the top Spanish university in scientific production, and the main university research centre in Spain and at the European level. The Institute of Neurosciences of the University is interdisciplinary including research groups in includes research groups in neurobiology, neuropharmacology, pathophysiology, neurology, psychiatry, clinical psychology, neuropsycobiology and cognitive neurosciences. The research will take place in the Event Lab (Experimental Virtual Environments for Neuroscience and Technology) which is part of the Institute and which specialises in virtual reality and its applications in psychology and neuroscience.
